Truffle polenta canapes


For 2 persons.

- 200 g  of polenta with black truffles

- 80 g truffle paste

- 150 g Istrian cow cheese with truffles

- parsley

PREPARATION: Put polenta with truffles into boiling salted water, having previously added some butter or oil, and cook for 7-10 minutes constantly stirring. When the polenta is cooked, pour it on a plate and wait for it to cool down. Cut the cooled polenta into dices and put half of small spoon of truffle pate on each as well as a dice of truffle cheese. Decorate with parsley.
